Print with 0,15 layers (for nicer screws), no supports, 2 perimeters, 15% infill. PLA works fine.
After printing, screw and unscrew the nut to clean up the threads. First time fit will be quite tight so you may want to use 12 mm wrench. After that, nuts should be screwable by hand.
If you have tolerance problems, scale nuts to 101% on X/Y, 100% on Z.
