This project builds a mold to cast concrete rhombic paver tiles for patios or residential driveways/ walkways.

I used freecad to create this model and cura to slice it with special-mode (Mold) enabled, the model was placed upside down on the build surface in the slicer and the settings were 1: wall thickness =10 mm, 2: angle = 45, 3: roof = 0. this is an open mold and it is printed out of TPU flexible filament to help with de-molding.
I will update as additional improvements are made.
Update 2/28/2023__ after the first casting with the spacers the spacers broke from the rest whem removing from the mold. so paver 2B has upgraded spacers to see if I can overcome this problem. however the rest of the paver demolded very nicely from the TPU mold.
