A replacement for the black plastic shaft collar on Premier Signia-compatible tom mounts. It sits on the mount and grips the shaft that connects the tom to the mount arm, so the arm locks where you set it.
Fits: Premier Signia-style tom mounts.

- PSMB_verticalorient.step: STEP version, if you want to adjust the model
Recommended material: PETG is highly recommended: the part needs to flex a little and still be sturdy. Other materials may work but use them at your own risk.
Printing: print it vertically, up on end, with supports for the internal overhangs.
Tightening: don't over-tighten it: PETG is tough, but it isn't metal.
Check the fit: there is no diagram for this part yet: open the STL and compare its sizes with your original part or mount before printing.
