Hi, this fiber converter housing has a hole at the top for Ethernet and power, and one at the bottom for the fiber to go out.
The way I fastened it to the wall was by using normal wood screws and drilling through the fasteners and housing simultaneously.
All the screw holes are 4mm in diameter.
