These are best printed upright.
To post process I put a piece of 400 grit sand paper on a sheet of glass and wet sand the mating faces until flat. Clean out any stringing inside the mold halves. Drill out the holes to 3mm.
Apply mold release. You can use vaseline thinned with a bit of mineral turpentine (mineral spirits) in a pinch.
I use 60 shore urathane resin.
