Update : I slightly modified the model to avoid trapped bubbles.
Because all cat owners know how fast your cat can lost its toys, here is a mold to create your own ball factory. The irregular shape of the ball allow it to bounces more randomly.
My cat loves these bouncing balls, I used food grade/dental silicone (Wagnersil 26 LE). Buying food grade silicone can be expensive at start but with 1 kg you can make +/- 300 balls (1 ball = 3.3g).
Be careful to pour the silicone in a thin stream to avoid any bubble at the top of the mold.
My only fear now is to discover one day where my cat put all the lost balls....
