This is a Knob for an Angle Stop Valve that is used most frequently on toilets.
Print with supports is best so it doesnt hang, however might not be necessary.

6 wall thickness since it can excert a lot of force when turning
I printed it in PLA however i think it would be better in PETG for strength, depending on how rusty is your faucet.
