Arducam has a pcb that is slightly thicker and a lens with less tolerance. This $10 from amazon for example: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012V1HEP4.
This front plate has slightly shallower supports to compensate for the larger pcb and a slightly wider hole.
Note: Only an STL of this was available so it is a very “rough” cut to expand the hole
