This is only the outer lid with a pattern. You will need to print the rest of the case according to https://www.printables.com/model/103898-connector-box-for-rpi-csi-cables.
Do a colour change at 0.8mm for the black pattern to show through, but do double check in your slicer. This may change depending on your layer height settings.
