This leg extension for the G25 wheel moves the clamping point back about 25mm so that the wheel can clamp on desks with a bevel. The stock mounting point is roughly 35mm from the edge of the desk. My Uplift desk has a 44mm bevel, so the wheel slides right off. By moving the clamping point 25mm further from the edge it produces better leverage for a more solid mount.
Print with 2 outer shells and 15% infill, no supports. When you install them note that they do not come back off easily! I had to remove the first test set by breaking them open with pliers. To install, simply slide over the original clamping surface and push until they snap into place - or pursuade them with a solid tap.
