Information about the model:
Inside the case there is about 1mm of play on each side so that foam rubber or similar damping can be attached. The lower shell (Part_2) has an elevation so that the shoulder buttons are not pressed in.
Additionally required materials:
- 1x steel rod (2mm diameter approx. 75.5mm long) for the hinge
- Foam rubber 1mm thick
A rod made of steel or a similarly stable material is required for the hinge.
My tip: There are bicycle spokes with a diameter of 2mm and they are very stable and cheap. Or look for something similar at the hardware store.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that the power button can accidentally be activated during transport. (Could be prevented by recesses in the foam rubber).
