I made this because I wanted to mount a 40x20mm fan on my machine but there didn't seem to be a mount that didn't use too much filament
Print settings
Filament: Overture PETG
Supports: Yes, Support from build plate only
Infill: 40%
Slicer orientation
Place object with the 40mm side face down
Installation
Remove support material, then remove original fan shroud on the ender 3 v2 Neo.
Snip original fan (or keep using it?) and wire up your new fan in any manner you like (I used Dupont terminals)
unscrew hotend from carriage and try to test fit the mount by pushing it on the two mounting pegs, if its too tight then your printer might be over extruding, you could try to use a drill until its just barely snug.
put hotend in between the fan mount (you need to remove the Bowden tube) and then screw in the hotend on its mounting pegs.
Screw in hotend fan (If using 40x20 sunons you need at least two M3x25mm screws)
