A case for the VisionFive 2 I designed. If I make any more improvements I'll upload them.
It uses 6 M3x30mm cap head screws and 6 M3 hexagonal nuts. The screws perfectly fit in and the surfaces are flush. The holes for the screw heads and nuts are deliberately tight. Make sure not to scratch the board with the screws when inserting them.
Optional features:
- Slots on the bottom (should probably have those)
- 40mm fan mount
- GPIO header opening
- Camera port openings
- LED (5mm) slot in the middle for fancy lighting (should print with light or see-through filament for this to make sense)
Since there are a lot of different combinations of the different features I probably won't upload all of them. If you want a specific one leave a comment.
The entire print is about 50g of filament and takes about 4 hours for me. I used 15% infill, 3 top and bottom layers, and 2 perimeters. Support is not needed, there's usually some filament hanging down in the screw holes but you can just remove that.
