Nice design!! Holder is big enough to fit phone in OtterBox Defender case. Holder keeps phone secure in vertical/portrait position.
As predicted, PrusaSlicer needed to scale to 10%. I experienced two breaks immediately after building, so here are the settings I ended up with... in case it helps others hoping to print "one and done."
Holder: originally printed at recommended settings (.2mm layer height and 20% gyroid infill), but the safety arm broke off while I was sanding/cleaning, so I reprinted at .1mm layer height and 100% infill.... Problem solved.
Bolt: seems strong printed at .1mm layer height and 40% gyroid infill.
Mount: originally printed at .2mm layer height and 20% gyroid infill, but one arm cracked when I tried to attach it to the holder, so I printed again at .1mm layer height and 40% STAR infill for flexibility.
