This is a replacement fan for the chinese 500W spindle. The original spindle is always very unbalanced and it makes the spindle very loud and also produces a lot of vibrations. There are some models for replacements online, but the air flow with the one I tested was very bad, so I designed this one.
It has maximum input diameter and an air guiding neck to guide the air efficiently towards the motor.
I recommend printing it with the neck facing upwards, from ABS, 0,2 mm layer height, no supports, at least 4 perimeter and 30 % infill.
ALWAYS test, that the print has good layer adhesion (by squeezing it in hand), before mounting it. Otherwise it could explode while rotating.
