This is a remix of “Pinecil rugged case” with a few tweaks:
- The box has been resized and includes a pocket to accommodate a Shargeek 65w GaN charger (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B187CS82)
- The tip storage has been increased to store 3.
- The cord storage has been remodeled to accommodate an Anker 333 cable (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LCJPZ1P)
- The topside cubbies have been resized a bit as well, with a remodeled lip.
Print here was done in 2-tone PETG, printing the top and bottom as single pieces using the Bambu x1c w/ AMS. Seal was printed with 95A TPU. It should also be printable in parts, just make sure to split the .step into pieces. I haven't added STLs, but they should be pretty easy to extract from the .step, if you want (but… I don't recommend this because the tolerances will be worse).
Please refer to “Pinecil rugged case” for assembly instructions, though I actually used round bar stock w/ CA glue for all the hinges/latches in the print pictured (I think if I do it again I would rethink this a bit: I like the unthreaded contact surface for the rotating/latching parts, but CA doesn't work AT ALL to connect steel w/ PETG :)).
