3D model of International Practical Shooting Confederation (I.P.S.C.) emblem / logo.
Various size versions of the emblem are available:
- 75 x 92 mm
- 100 x 122 mm
- 120 x 147 mm
- 150 x 184 mm
The provided 3MF files contain all parts (STL objects) to be printed. For multi-color / multi-material printers it is possible to print the emblem as-is. For regular printers objects must be grouped for separate print-outs, typically:
Color 1 – Black
- Plate
- Background
- all Fill-in objects (fill in for letters)
Color 2 – Gold / Yellow
- Rim
- IPSC Letters and Dots
- Star
- DVC
Color 3 – Blue
- Globe

Assembly
The model is designed as a combination of multiple parts (objects), meant to be glued together. That way it is possible to print different colors using regular printers (one extruder, no multi-material automated management system).
If printed with PLA use good quality CA glue (so called super glue). Dry fit everything before glueing.
The emblem itself is very light so it can be glued to a gun safe using double sided tape. I considered holes for mounting magnets, but it complicates the design and very often small magnets are not strong enough to keep the emblem securely in place.
The optional stand visible on some photos is available here:

Printing
You can also scale the model up or down in your preferred slicer. In that case try to use the closest size for keeping possibly optimal tolerance gaps.
All objects are designed to print without supports, when properly rotated.
For the best results I suggest to print all object upside-down. That way all front facing surfaces will have nice flat (or textured - if textured PEI sheet is used) will be added to the front faces.
If printed upside-down the Plate object will require supports – which are easy to remove though and not visible later, as the Background object will be glued over anyway. If you have multi-material printer and use PLA for printing, you can use PETG as an interface layers for supports. PLA and PETG are not coming together well, so it is very easy to separate PETG supports from PLA (and vice versa).
