Got sick of the low quality stock SV06 bearings, so purchased some sintered brass bushings to replace them. These need a shell to adapt to the LM8UU cavity.
This is printed in halves, the bushing inserted and then the other half pressed over the top. The sizing should permit a tight fit but also allow the halves to be separated and the bushing removed. .STEP file included if you'd like to adjust the size to your bushing and printer accuracy.
Strongly recommend using a high temperature filament (minimum ABS, avoid ASA as its glass point is a little too low) when using for areas near heatbeds (ie the Y axis) if you like to print hot.
Slice at 0.2mm with maximum perimeters (at least 10 should do) rather than 100% infill as this prints better.
