So my bed had a bit of a wobble from a bad linear rail block, so I replaced the block, problem was the replacement was just as bad as the first one. Or my rail has some really bad machining. Anyway to avoid spending more I designed this.
*It works for my machine but tolerances may differ between machines.*
It clicks on snuggly and the Bearing Wheel is press fit.
I just printed it in PLA+ for prototyping but it's holding up fine, I only use this machine for pla so my bed doesn't go over 60, but perhaps you might consider printing in abs/asa/petg if your bed is going over 60.
Oh and the clip goes on top :)
