The first prototype was extruded from PLA filament without major problems, but I recommend using an even more friction resistant material such as NYLON.
The screw feeder is ideal for printing with supports and a larger amount of infill.
Requirements:
- CA glue
- threaded rod M6 (cca 300 mm)
- nut M6 (5 pieces)
How to put it together:
- Glue the parts with CA glue.
- Use a threaded rod as the axis and fasten the parts of the screw feeder with nuts and CA glue.

How to use tool:
- Connect a cordless drill to the tool.
- Load a suitable mortar into the reservoir.
- Apply mortar with tool and enjoy.
