I converted my ender 3 V2 to direct drive using the lgx lite extruder. I have the printer in a n “enclosure” so space is tight. I liked the former filament path I had designed for the printer when it was a bowden because of the space efficiency. So I designed this part and connected a reverse bowden. I designed a place to store the other end of the bowden as well for when I print in TPU for example or just dont want to use the bowden. I also included a little space to put a zip tie to hold the cables going to the print head at the “original” place. As you can see in the fotos my first print cracked when trying to screw in the bowden couppeling. I thing it is due to the pla bein so old tho. I did print it in another orientation after this to avoid this problem. Its uglier but stronger. I did use the bowden connector from the original extruder just because i had it.
