This is a clock based on a super-large bottle cap from a Nuka Cola bottle of Fallout games fame. I started with the model by techoutreach](https://twitter.com/tech_outreach73) here on PrusaPrinters but modified it to:
- integrat the lettering into the shape for MMU
- print face down on the bed and shelled the whole model to use significantly less material;
- integrate a mount for a digital clock movement
Since @tech_outreach was kind enough to provide a STEP file of his model, so shall I =)
Print instructions
I chose to use supports for the edges of the face for a nice, gradual curve. This left me with some sanding to do. I used 220, 800 and 2000 grit sandpaper to smooth out the transition from the clock face to the sides. Then, I applied a single coat of spray polyurethane. I was quite blown away at the resulting shine!
