This is a design for a cover of the 5W Meanwell IRM-05 power supply series. This module is supposed to be directly soldered on some PCB, but for some projects I use this module as a separate power supply.
The bottom plate comes in 2 variants:
- irm-05-cover-bottom
- compact version for general usage
- compact version for general usage
- irm-05-cover-bottom-fixation
- extended version with screw holes for further fixation
All parts can be printed without support.
You need:
- 1x IRM-05 module
- 2x dual-pin-terminal 5.08mm
- 1x PCB (I used a 25x9 strip grid board)
- 2x screw 2.9x9mm
Printing
- Filament: PLA, PETG, ABS
- Infill: 30%
- Support: not needed
