The stick-on label on my pool filter went bad and peeled off. This is a printed replacement so I know which way to turn the lever for filtering, backwashing, etc.
Printed in PETG with a color change so that the words are more visible than a single color would be.
- PETG (any UV-stable filament should be fine)
- 0.1 mm layer height
- 75% fill (actually, this setting probably doesn't matter since it's just a few layers thick)
I recommend leaving the print on the bed plate till the plate has cooled. If you pull it off while it's warm, there's a chance the print will warp. I glued the label in place with a couple of drops of super glue.
The inner diameter could probably be a bit larger, say a millimeter or so. But it fit well enough that I didn't make the change. I've included the FreeCAD file so you can tweak as needed.
