I wanted to plug the 5 holes of the Tukkari TLX enclosure. This ensures (along with other mods) a more air tight enclosure when printing ASA and ABS or, other, harmful material.
Printed in TPU for a flexible piece with a press fit that feels nice. To keep the part rigid where it needs to be and flexible where it needs to be, slicer setting should look like this:
- For 0.2mm layer height there should be 10 solid bottom layers (solid face plate)
- 20% infill for the rest with only 2 perimeters (flexible plugs).
Stringing may occur. Clean stings and blobs prior to installation.
