This is a hook to hold CPAP equipment. I use it for when drying the equipment after cleaning. Part can be printed on its side with no supports. Recommend PETG to allow a bit more flexibility in the hose clip. Larger layer lines will increase strength without being too visible if printed on side. Can be mounted to the wall using command strip.
