For a local clubs' shuffleboard table, we needed a shelf to hold our beers while playing. Designed this shelf that also allows us to keep score. Additional purchase of a 304 stainless steel rod from amazon is 5mm x 356 mm dimensions and then cut with a hack saw to the correct length. For the screws, I used a #10 x ¾ inch wood screw for this application.
- Each side bracket needs two screws to hold it in place. One on the bottom and one on the top behind the tray.
- The shelf can be printed either on its bottom with no supports or its side and oriented/rotated the bed for supports. Add text on the top side, do a color change and customize!!
- The shelf is easily removable for cleaning, if needed.
- The grid/screens acts as a coaster and allows condensation from the beverage to drop into the shelf and not pool around your beer cup!! Bonus feature.
These were printed in PLA, 0.4 nozzle. You will need to orient the brackets to print with the closed side down.
