Enhance your EDC Flashlight V3 with this purpose-designed light diffuser. Optimized for vase mode printing, this diffuser offers a practical and effective way to turn your flashlight into an ambient light source or a stable table lamp.
This design has been successfully printed using a Prusa Mini+ equipped with a 0.6mm nozzle. For a snug fit on your flashlight's lens or body, adjust the 'extrusion width' in the slicer to 0.8mm and reduce the bottom horizontal shells to 2 layers. While the model is optimized for a 0.6mm nozzle, I will be testing it with a 0.4mm nozzle and update this listing accordingly.
Prusament White PETG was chosen for printing in vase mode, providing the diffuser with durability, heat resistance, and the ideal light translucency for a warm, diffused glow.
The design offers two configurations, one fitting the lens and the other accommodating the body of the flashlight. This versatility enables the diffuser to serve as either a handheld ambient light source or a stable table lamp.
