This is a 65% percent handwired mechanical keyboard with macros on the side. I wanted to build a mechanical keyboard but didn't want to spend a lot of money on a case, so I decided to design my own case and 3d print it.
Components needed:
- Cherry style switches
- Cherry style stabilizers
- Teensy 2.0
- USB-C Breakout board
- 1N4148 Diodes
- Cherry keycap set
- 8x M3 bolt
- 8x M3 brass insert
You can use the .json file in the firmware.zip file to edit the firmware on kbfirmware.com and view/change the pins that I used. You can flash the .hex file on your Teensy 2.0 if you want to use the same pins and settings as I do.
