About the mount:
We made a Spark Max mount that allows easy access to the controller without hassle. the bottom piece is mounted with 3M tape to the robot while the Spark Max is held in with a top mount with 2 screws. This helped us swap motor controllers quickly and easily in case we had problems.
Assembly: use a soldering iron to heat press 2 nuts into the bottom mount holes. Then, 3M the bottom mount to the surface and screw in the top mount.
Hardware needed:
- 2x M5-0.8 x 12mm Screws (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-M5-0-8-x-12-mm-Combination-Pan-Head-Stainless-Steel-Machine-Screw-2-Pack-801088/204274568)
