This is a copy of the small metal pin that goes on the inside of CD rack ("What's a CD?" you ask... you'll have to look that one up).
Like the original there is small taper from the middle to the end to ensure they get a tight fit as they go deeper into the hole.

On printers with a moving bed, e.g. Prusa's, don't print a lot at once. With such a small contact surface for each pin the force of moving back and forth is enough to break them off the bed.4 at once seems safe. 10 at once seemed to be too many (one or more inevitably broke off and caused them all to fail).
I'd suggest a small brim if you want to print a lot at once.
