I didn't have a large enough hose to fit the original part so I made this adapter.
No support required and the low angles make it more streamlined at the same time.
Printed with 0.5 high flow nozzle, all metal hotend, direct drive modded ender 3 v2. (Irrelevant xD)
245 °C PETG 4 perimeters, 0.15mm layer height ~4h, 37.5g.
Included a volume to use for fuzzy skin modifier in PrusaSclicer.
I attached the Fusion 360 file as well so you can modify it for your hose diameter.
UPDATE 2025.08.15.
Created a new version for a 32.5mm ID hose, added ribs instead of fuzzy skin. New version is the 2 .stp files.
I recommend a 0.15 or lower layer height to achive a good resolution on the threads.
