It is a double sided men's beard comb designed to fit nicely in the hand while being functionable. There is a course and fine side to the comb.

V1:

Printing Instructions for V1:

  1. Download model
  2. Slice model with supports turned on for the baseplate (Prusa Slicer is what I use).
  3. Send to printer and enjoy :).

Finishing Instructions V1:

There is some finishing needed as the supports leave marks as well as the fine teeth side of the comb tend to have over extrusions at the tip with the fin worked needed. Some of you more experienced 3d printing enthuses may be able to get those out in the slicer settings.

V2:

Printing Instructions for V2:

  1. Download model
  2. Slice model with supports turned on for the baseplate (Prusa Slicer is what I use).
  3. Send to printer and enjoy :).

Finishing Instructions V2:

There is a need for removing the supports from the holes in the model. Once you have done so then super glue the pegs into the wholes and the model together. I found some shaping was necessary to get everything to fit perfectly.

V2.2:

Fixed the holes and pegs. Found the error right away after printing lol. Please use instructions from V1.2 as they are the same model with one less peg and aligned correctly.

Slicer Settings:

Infil: 15%

Supports: Support on build plate only.

Everything is set to standard or whatever your printer needs.

Material = Silk Silver PLA for me but anything should work.

Notes:

Please note the holes are sized 5*5*4.5mm and the depth per side is 2.25mm. Meaning if you want to use magnets for some reason you could if they fit.
