Kayak Paddle T Handle

I used the original paddle T-Handle on my old paddles but I recently bought some Decathlon itiwit two-part adjustable paddles and needed a male and female.

The original part was only available as an stl file so I've re-modelled it and created a male version. This means I can now have either a long, double ended paddle or two small single paddles.

Very handy if I go away with a mate and the kids. We can both use a double paddle, or the kids can use two halves and I can use a double.

Planning on using it this weekend so might post photos and maybe an update if there are issues :-)

v2 Update - 28/07/2023

I updated the female part to reduce the internal diameter slightly as the one I had printed felt too loose. The new version fits much more firmly onto the shaft. The stl resolution is also now higher as the last one had some artifacting on it.

I also re-oriented the g-code files to be side-on so that the weak point in the handle is along the shaft, rather than perpendicular. This seems less prone to creaking and I assume is less likely to snap when I start adding more force onto the handle.

These v2 files are untested as I'm only just starting to print them out. I'm on holiday with the Kayak for a bit now but once they've had a thorough testing I'll post any updates.
