Tired of finding bulky and not compatible hand pump mount, I decided to make my own parametric one.
Screw it on the bottle cage bolt mount (with or without a bottle cage) and carry the hand pump that will save your ride!
Did about 800km on my road bike already with an older (but same) design, for now my pump is not moving and the part is still like new.

Carrying an old Decathlon hand pump. (the metal flatbar is just here to offset the bottle cage because of the frame bag.)
You have the choice for the default design in 5 sizes, from 20mm to 30mm.
If you don't find a design that fit, download the Fusion 360 file and change every dimension as you wish! I think that you could even fit a floor pump!
Find your size and printing :
First, take measurement of the width of the pump.
Then download the file and print it flat :

You can use your default settings, but make sure to print a very strong part (5 walls, min 60% gyroid infill)
You should also use a good filament, tried in PETG and it is working great.
When printed, you should also put some kind of material to prevent the pump slipping (or a rubberized strap). For example, lines of hot glue on the part will make the pump completely stuck on it!

A washer can also helpful to avoid deforming the bottle cage screw holes on either side of the part.
How-to use the parametric design :
Download the .f3d file and open it with Fusion 360 (File icon on top → open → open from my computer).
When in it, go to Solid → Modify → Change parameters

You're in ! Here, you can change any value by clicking on it. A description will tell you what's the value change.

The most useful values to change are :
- screw_hole_spacing : The spacing between the middle of the bottle cage screws
- screw_hole_body_offset : Distance between middle of screw hole and 'beginning' of the pump holder body. Greater value allow more easily a bottle cage to fit on top of the pump holder.
- pump_width : The width of your hand pump.
Be careful ! Some values break the design, so be careful when entering too big or little values (you can Ctrl+Z to revert your changes).
Tip: if pump_width has a problem when entering your value, try playing with pump_support_angle
If the design does not work or is broken with just a little change, feel free to comment your problem on this post, I will make sure to fix it quick!
After the changes, you can go to File icon on top → 3d print, click on the body part, and click Ok to save and print it!
