Howdy folks!
I am a YouTube certified master mechanic, with access to a 3D printer, and a dislike of googling information in the middle of a project. I also have the memory of a goldfish. So the obvious solution was to design this borderline useless tire pressure quick reference to stick to the side of my tool box.
This magnetic sign is roughly the dimensions of a credit card, and the thickness is whatever magnet thickness you enter + 3mm (2mm for the sign background and 1mm for the text & border). The default magnets are set for 10mmX3.2mm just because I have a lot of them. All of these settings can be changed via the user parameters though.
This is “mostly” parametric in Fusion360. The only thing that isn't is the text. To edit the text you'll edit these 2 sketches:
1 is the top text, and 2 is the bottom two text blocks. Just edit the sketches and double click the text to edit it. You should be able to pick just about any font your computer has on it. I had an issue with the font for the Indian logo, and ended up having to replace that text with a .svg.
All of my signs were printed on a Bambu X1C with AMS using ESUN PLA+ with a .2 layer height. They print in about 30 minutes, and I think they came out pretty nice.
