This model will wash six 250ml Wheaton bottles. It can be fed with a 3/8" hose connected to a pump or faucet. It has 4 adjustable legs that can accommodate 10mm round stick on rubber feet.
Use PTFE plumber's tape on the tapered threads and don't over tighten. If you have 3/8 NPT tap and dies you can clean up the threads before assembly. I found this wasn't needed because small leaks didn't matter.
Printed Specs:
- Filament: Hatchbox White PETG
- Infill: 15% for base, 50% for everything else
- Layer Height: 0.16mm for spouts and barbed adapter, 0.2mm for everything else
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Supports: Yes only on the spouts and barbed adapter
Base: Print the base with the flat top side on the print bed. Print with a strong brim to prevent warping. I designed a permanent brim on the base to help with this.
Barbed Adapter: Print with brim. Orient barbed side down on print bed.
