I remixed the original model to be twice as big. It uses 5x5mm circular neodymium magnets buried inside (you'll need to pause at a certain height and insert them before the hole gets closed). Additionally, it is straight and features a better loop hole for attaching purposes.
For the magnets, you will need to adjust the horizontal expansion (use the XY Size Compensation feature in PrusaSlicer). For instance, even though my flow and e-steps are accurate, I had to use -0.11mm value of compensation to ensure a proper fit.
You can either print a blank one twice or utilize PrusaSlicer's new text tool to add letters. I might also include an A-Z letter pack later.
Don't forget the orientation (poles) of the magnets! If you insert them incorrectly, they won't attract the other half.
