Holders for neatly running Cat6 (6.5 mm diameter) network cables on IKEA Skadis pegboards.
There are a few variants available:
- Horizontal for running cables horizontally
- Vertical for running cables vertically
- Vertical narrow, 11 mm c.t.c. instead of 15.7 mm
- Thinner, with “base plates” 3 mm thick instead of 5 mm. The 5 mm is for better aligning with ports on equipment; the thinner versions should make the horizontal holders easier to wrangle into place.
Please be advised that the normal 5 mm base plate horizontal holders — despite the chamfered hook — may be difficult to install and probably worse to remove, the 4x version in particular as it extends above the hook. For the 4x version I suggest putting a piece of paper between the top part of the base plate and your Skadis board during installation to avoid scratches to the board.
