I added a 40mm snug fit fan-shroud, so everything keeps cool and quiet.
Use a 5V 40mm x 20mm fan and plug it into the 3.3V Power-Supply of your Raspberry Pi 3 to run it on a quiet & low RPM.
I also used Raspberry Pi heat sinks with a height of 3-4mm on the Raspberry and MMDVM hat.
Temperatures are now 40°C max. with a room temperature of 25°C.

Printed with (organic) supports. (I let the Prusa Slicer 2.6 auto-paint the supports on the case.)
Printed with PLA or PETG at 0.20mm QUALITY-Mode.
Used M2.5 spacers and screws to mount the Raspberry Pi and MMDVM inside the case, and used M3 screws for the case itself.
