This is a simple parametric pulley I designed in Fusion 360. Change or modify the parameters to make it your own!
Fasteners
Pulley roller is held together with an M3 screw and a heat set insert(modifiable), as well as the top shackle.
Build Notes
Let me know if you have questions! I am currently printing the model. V9 requires messing with a few parameters to make the pulley work. V10 uses the Hub Diameter as the basis that all other dimensions are based from.
**Add some support material to the main body part, as the angle is a little too steep to print fast.
How to Modify:
In fusion 360, once you have the part open. Click the “Modify” dropdown, scroll down to where it says “Parameters”.
Change the pulley diameter, which will update the other dependent parameters. If you want a certain thickness of shackle or otherwise, just change it to your desired size.
