This is a remix of Borderbox's Light Switch Cover for use over Decora-style switches. The geometry was copied from the original STL, and the modified CAD is now available on onshape. I modified the part thickness from the original to work well with a layer height of 0.2mm.
I printed it with Polymaker PLA Pro, with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. There should be minimal need for supports, though the tabs on the bracket might appreciate a little bit for the best appearance.
