Gear wheel for automatic gate

I created model in blender for my broken gear wheel. I'm printed 3 times - always working print. I used print for my automatic gate. My printing takes a few minutes. I insert my *.gcode file too for my printer 3D: Artillery Hornet.

I worked a long time to replicate the exact original gear wheel dimensions that fit rotor (power jack) and are shown in my diagram after reading the data from the calliper. Below is my diagram:

I could not find spare parts to buy such a gear wheel - the only one was a set with this gear wheel which was expensive. It was cheaper (for free) to design my own model, print it and use it in my automatic gate.

The gear wheel has 9 teeth. In the center is more than 50% of the total cut wheel.

My print settings:

• PLA+ brown (I have only brown for PLA+)
• Infill 100%
• 0.4 nozzle
• 0.2 height layer
• Without supports
• Without Rafts and others

I learned that best option use PET-G for gear wheels, so I recommend PET-G filament.

I inserted my model in format *.blend for blender.
