Print base in any material you like (ASA in my case), lid needs to be in soft TPU
Glue base to the existing hull, seal it with more glue or silicone and pop the lid on.
There was zero leakage in my make, but it took me a while to get the lid printed nicely.
UPDATE: added a small battery strap mount.
