Do you share your printer with other users who may change the nozzle without saying so? Or, do you routinely use multiple nozzle sizes and are very forgetful? Then these are for you!
These signs fit right onto the top corner of the Z axis on the Prusa MINI, snapping neatly into the screw hole. Used as a clear indicator/reminder of the size of nozzle currently in use. IMHO, these are essential if you share the printer with others and/or regularly use various nozzle sizes.
Individual signs for the most common sizes are provided:
- 0.2
- 0.4
- 0.6
- 0.8
- 1.0
PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Use a color that stands out from black so the sign is nice and obvious at a glance.
- The signs pictured were done on a 0.4mm nozzle, but at this size 0.2mm would likely look neater. Up to you.
- Layer height: 0.10
- Perimeters: 2-3
- Infill: whatever pattern you fancy, @ about 15-25%
