Made a 15 degree raiser for my Discipad Pro (probably works for the normal version too).
For the best fit, place it with the flat side down (the one with holes).
Push 2 threaded insert in the holes (I used Ruthex M3x6mm) and 2x10mm pan head screws to connect with the backplate. Be aware that if you move the inserts around too much when pushing in, you can clog the space behind them and you will have to shorten the screws.
The angled side has 2 flat indentation for 2x Ø6 silicone feet to prevent it from sliding around.
