READ PRINT INSTRUCTIONS
A customisable sieve with six sections that can be used to filter seeds, beads or anything you like.
Heights:
Perimeter 20 mm, dividers 15 mm (Small sieve is shorter at 15 and 10 mm).
Base is 2 mm thick
Diameters:
Small = 40 mm
Medium = 60 mm
Large = 80 mm
Print Instructions
- Choose sieve size.
- Set the print to have ZERO top and bottom solid layers. This is important or the base will be solid.
3. Choose infill pattern and density. Higher % infill = smaller holes.
Example shown in two tone green/blue PLA of a 60mm sieve, 0.6 nozzle, 040 mm layer height, 50% octagram spiral infill. 29 minute print time.
Other example is clear PETg of a large 80 mm sieve with 80% star infill
The dividers are 5 mm shorter than the perimiter to allow stacking, simply scale the consecutive prints by +/- 10% along both the x and y axis.
