The dust collection port on my Skil sliding miter saw and the port on my Dewalt table saw both measure approximately 42mm outside diameter. This connects my Rigid shop vac hose which measures approximately 44mm outside diameter. The inside of each end should measure 42.5mm and 44.5mm.
I printed this using Amazon Basics TPU and I think it turned out great! I did add a zip tie to the adapter to prevent the weight of the hose from pulling it off. It fits a little looser on the Skil but it's a tight fit on the Dewalt.
