Update: Added a basic version that prints flat. No supports, easy to make.
A replacement to the tether that comes with this kind of water bottle from Starbucks (see pictures). This is meant to be printed in a flexible filament and can be printed with no supports. CAUTION: This is not a pretty print but a functional one. I printed this in a generic TPU at .2mm layer height with the Generic Flex profile but had to enable ‘Keep fan always on’ and ‘Enable auto cooling’ to keep the printer from melting the previous layers. Due to the lack of supports and the default profile needing some additional tuning this print will come out VERY stringy (see pictures) but with some clean up the part is VERY strong.
Once printed stretch over the bottle and enjoy.
