The top and bottom should load in your slicer in the ideal rotation. The top part will need supports, the bottom does not, but if you print the whole thing in one job adding supports won't affect the bottom anyway.
You'll need to flip the support part upside down if you don't want problems with the insets for the nuts.
I used a couple of 12mm hex head m3 screws and nuts to assemble.
